HARARE – Dairibord Holdings Limited has announced plans to voluntarily delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) and subsequently list on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), a move aimed at repositioning the company within Zimbabwe's capital markets.
In a cautionary statement issued on 24 June 2026, the company's Board of Directors advised shareholders and the investing public that it had approved the proposed transaction, which will see Dairibord exit the ZSE before seeking a listing on the foreign currency-denominated VFEX.
The company said further details regarding the proposed transaction would be communicated to shareholders through a circular that is currently being finalized and will be issued in due course.
Dairibord cautioned investors that the transaction, if successfully implemented, could have a material effect on the market price of its shares. As a result, shareholders and members of the investing public have been advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's securities.
The dairy products manufacturer said additional announcements would be made in line with regulatory requirements as developments relating to the transaction unfold.
The planned migration comes as a growing number of Zimbabwean firms consider the VFEX, which offers trading in foreign currency.
The cautionary statement was signed by Company Secretary Maurice Karimupfumbi on behalf of the Board of Directors.
